2025 marks twenty-seven years of Louis Mangione’s work presenting innovative professional development seminars for educators and instructional coaching for corporate consultants and trainers.

In 1997, following nearly 20 years of classroom teaching, Louis began to share his highly effective strategies for increasing learner success through a series of workshops designed for teachers of all disciplines. Since then, he has worked to develop additional cross-curricular seminars for educators K-12.

Starting in 2013, Louis also worked with Balmert Consulting as Senior Teaching Coach, providing instructional coaching for trainers in industry across the globe. These inspiring sessions, focusing on instructional expertise based on developments in brain research and an up-to-date understanding of best practices, have received high praise from teachers, administrators, and corporate training leaders across the country and abroad.

His workshop sessions and keynote addresses are a highlight at university, state and national conferences.

Louis continues to share his expertise and enthusiasm for teaching and learning with talented teaching and training professionals.
